Question:

Sony HC37 - how do I get what I have captured into a DVD that I can play in my standard DVD Player?

I have downloaded the film from my HC37 camcorder via 'Picture Motion Browser', but when I burn it onto a DVD, I am unable to watch it using a standard DVD player. How do I convert the files I have created via 'Picture Motion Browser' to allow me to view as a normal DVD?

Thanks

Scott

  1. I would double check my answer because I don't anthing about "motion picture browser".My quess is you are recording on DVD+ r/rw and I know my dvd player will not play them. They play DVD-r/rw.I put mine directly on dvd with a dvd recorder but for a couple home movies that wouldn't be worth buying.

  2. Are you sure you've captured the video and not just the stills?  Assuming you have, you can author and burn a DVD with DVD Flick - it's free.
