  1. go with sony..

    its better than canon..

has better image quality, better functions and features..

better build quality and good service..

  2. Sony SR10 by far, of course my answer doesn't seem reliable but I have already answered such kind like a million times so far. So I don't feel like explaining fully again....  Meaning that I'll keep this short.

So the Sony SR10 is released the latest, so has more features.

It has True HD, instead of the Canon HG10 which has an upscaler to make it look True HD, though both film in Full HD.

With the Sony you'll have a bigger sensor, meaning a little better quality and a lot more low-light performance quality....

The Sony SR10 has a Face-Detector, making the faces spotted on the screen (up to 8) to be more vibrant-colorful, and to make smoother and more detailed picture.

It's just also from Sony, best quality of all and has clever ideas, plus has an advantage over the others.

Not to mention, the Sony SR10 has a 'Carl Ziess' Lens, which Sony ownes, it's the best lense and other contrivertal-menchancise companies, such as Panasonic and Canon, don't have the granted permission to use the Carl Zeiss lens, nor do they know the specification or how-to make it....

!!!Trust me, take the SR10 from Sony now!
