Sony HandyCam Help?

I have a Sony HandyCam DCR-DVD105 Video Camera. It uses the 8 cm DVDs. I have 8 of these DVDs, and they are all rewritable. They each have about 30 minutes of video on them. I want to know how I can transfer all of the video files to my computer.

When I put one of the 8cm DVDs into my computer, after finalizing it, it plays using Windows Media Player. When I open the DVD folder, there are around six files. They are all named either VIDEO_TS or VTS_01_0 or VTS_01_1. Some of them are NeroShowTime.Files7.bup files, some are NeroShowTime.Files7.ifo files, and the rest are VOB files. When I double click on the .bup files, Windows Media Player starts up, but it says the .bup extension is not recognized my Windows Media Player, so it doesn't play. But if I double-click the .ifo or VOB files, then it plays on Windows Media Player. However, if I copy one of the .ifo or VOB files and paste it in a different location, it doesn’t play.

How can I transfer my videos to the computer?
