Okay. I know this is going to sound stupid, but whatever.
Also, I know I could move the TV and look behind it, but that is a big pain (considering where it is right now).
Anyway...my TV, as mentioned is a Sony KP-53V85.
I am considering purchasing an Apple TV. Now, Apple TV only has two types of outputs...Y/Pb/Pr (video), whatever the audio that goes along with Y/Pb/Pr is (two plugs, for a total of 5) and HDMI. It also has optical audio out.
I am wondering...will my TV accept either the Y/Pb/Pr video input or the HDMI input? I searched Google, but couldn't find much info (it is a relatively old TV).
Also, if I want to hook up my Apple TV to my surround sound, I assume I would hook the audio cables directly into that unit, correct? If you can't answer that due to lack of a model number, it is okay (I don't really feel like walking upstairs right now).
Thanks!
