No picture or sound, "stand by timer" light flashing. Have Direct TV DVR which comes on fine. HELP!!!! No owners manual.

WHILE ATTATCHING A WIRE WRAP A s***w HIT THE S-VIDEO CABLE.IT BLEW A BREAKER & AFTER THAT TV WOULDNT TURN ON. DO NOT HAVE MANUAL.
