Sony Memory Stick pro duo?

I bought a memory stick from amazon for my sony handycam DCR-SR35E. it works but I keep getting a message come up saying that the memory stick may not be able to record or play images correctly I have used it to record and it seems fine but I just can't get rid of the message. Please could someone help I don't know much about this kind of thing.

Maybe you need to format the memory stick? That may sort it out as it will be like it's starting from new.

Best option is to call Sony Customer Service. It could be that the memory stick is not compatible with your handycam.

If the memory stick is compatible, theres probably something wrong with the handycam.
