Sony PSP or Nintendo DS?

which is your favourite? Sony PlayStation Portable or the Nintendo DS? provide and explanation for your choice, please.

I like the PSP better but it really up to what type of game you like. Also the PSP is a internet bower, mp3/ video player and picture displayer.

I like the DS a bit better.  I am not saying the PSP isn't good but I personally like the DS better.  The PSP does have a few good games but most of them I played on the PS2.

I already have a MP3 player in my phone so I am good.  You can always watch movies and play MP3s on the DS through R4 DS for only 40 bucks.  DS is 130 and with R4 DS you can do everything PSP can so its 170 altogether.

I played the PSP numerous times and it is very pretty but I like playing my DS more.(Pokemon, Zelda, Resident Evil DS, Elite Beat Agents, Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy IV, Castlevania, etc)

Even though I am 17 years old, I tend to get very clumsy with my handhelds at times when trying to carry a lot of stuff.  I dropped my DS Twice on semi-hard floors and it still comes out scratchless and comepletely unharmed.  The only con is that the touch screen gets fingerprints easily even when you don't even touch it.  It makes me wonder if there are ghost touching the screen! Lol!!

I like my DS best even though the PSP is a great handheld too.

psp because you can listen to music,watch videos,watch movies,use the internet,look at downloaded photos,download games and lots more.ds sucks

PSP by far. the DS is for kids. i mean cooking mama, nintendogs, mario? come on...the PSP is much more versatile and more of an entertainment system on the go with music, movies, internet capabilities as well as playing downloaded games straight off the memory stick. the graphics are way better and the sound quality is better on the psp. plus if you get custom firmware, you can play nes, snes, gensis, n64, gba, neogeo games on the psp. you can also install applications on your psp to make it more versatile like turning it into a universal remote capable of controlling your tv and dvd players ....you cant do that on the DS.

Nintendo DS I like the reality dogs in Nintendog as you can pet them talk to them blow bubble by breathing in the microphone.  The touch screen mean you can draw on picchat or work in games like brain training and cross words

I also Mario games.

if you modd the PSP you can do plenty more than the DS even with the R4...on my PSP i have the ability to play emulated games such as nitendo, gameboy, GBA, SNES, and even N64...also i can download PSP games so i don't have to keep changing the UMD's out..the PSP is far superiour to the DS but is for more mature audiance as the games are more violent and action packed...the DS is more for younger kids.
