Sony RDR HXD860 160GB DVD HDD Recorder HDMI?

Hi, for the above item dvd/hdd recorder - if anyone got one of those, can i able to tape subtitle on hdd from freeview?? and also using EPG?? as i am deaf and needed to watch subtitle when watching fav. soap but sometime im out of the house and wanted to tape it. Hope you could help me there.

  1. Yes, absolutely. Seems it is not retrospective though and unremoveable once done.
