Sony Vaio NR Series Laptop vs Macbook?

Question

shopping for a new computer and its come down to these two. I will be using it primarily for grad school and some photo editing. I commute to school daily and am looking for something very portable and lite. Please commment on what you think.

I'm a Dell guy but my next computer will probably be a Mac.

Last you should buy something used off Craigslist save some of your cash.

Sony Vaio for sure but dell laptops are better quality.

It supports more software. :)

But you could save some funds by buying a cheaper laptop because these two are heavily overpriced.

Mac is amazing!!!! they have the best computers of all time and the graphics are fantastic.
