Sony Vaio PCG SR33

Question

I've been working on this problem for over a year so lets see how good you guys are,. I loaded windows 2000 pro into my laptop and since then the battery charger doesn't work the speakers don't work and the mic does't work. In addition most pictures like the ones of all the experts are distorted. Some of the icons like mozilla firefox is distorted on the desktop but the rest of the icons are clear. I've been on every fix it center known to man and downloaded every new fix it program I can find. In addition the aux cd player will not play cd's it will however allow program downloads. Also the jog wheel doesn't work either. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks, Jeff
