Sony Vegas 7.0 effects?

Question

I was watching the paul mccartney commercial for itunes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSiVS9RE03U&NR=1)

and was wondering if it was possible to mimic the visual effects that are on Paul mccartney (the anime-like, real effect) on sony vegas.

I am planning on making a music video, and thought that if we could add that special effect it would be cool.

of course why not! but there is one problem....

as i realized this video is made up of many tracks and the editor has not used a simple video effect. this kinds of effects are not easily made and you need to mix several tracks, create many masks, define many compositing modes and effects to achieve them. if you are starter I'm sure you can't and if you are experienced it takes a while. but if you really want to create your music video try to effort and then you'll succeed, when i first started creating my first counter strike video i didn't even know what is codec :)) but now i can edit the video you whant in less than 2 days :d
