Sony Vegas 8.0 Slow Motion?

When i slow down my videos so that they are really slow they come out in frames almost, sort of like a slide show of pictures. Is there a way to fix this so that they are still slowed down, but there are more frames so it looks more like a video?

Vegas can't do this for you - it can only change the time your existing frames are displayed for by inserting more of them.  You need software that's going to work out what's changed between those frames and create new ones.  Have a look at the link.
