I just bought sony vegas today and i'm wondering if the regular sony vegas has masking?

  1. Yes it does, on the right hand side of each clip/pic click the lower icon, and a window will appear displaying a miniature time-line on the bottom, click the MASK bar and the the pen icon on the left further up to begin drawing a mask
