Sony Vegas is lame,I need a software as same as movie maker,with joining and splitting of videos.?

Sony Vagas will do that! - to do it click on the footage where you want the split then -

edit > split........... to split it.

Joining footage  together couldn't be any simpler than placing it together in the time line. to create a fade, simply overlap the footage in the time line :)

After a while I'm sure you'll find that Sony Vagas is a world better than Microsoft Movie Maker :)
