Sony Vegas: is there a way to flip video upside down or to mirror the video so it appears right to left ?

Basically the effectsyou would find in movie maker under mirror where you can invert clips to flip the video into a mirror like state or flip it upside down i cant find that effect in the vegas pro menu. Also can you clean up video in vegas and imort it to moviemaker for adding effects and save it in movie maker. i have great addon fx in moviemaker that wont work in vegas. thanks
