Sony Walkma Malfunction

Question

Ok I Bought my walkman one month ago. Then right now its like its working by itself. it turns on automatically sometimes and it won't connect to my computer. I tried reseting and formating but still would not work. should i call the company? And hpw much is it to repair? I only bought this one month ago r they going to charge me?

If there is a factory defect (like yours i think) they replace it free of charge, you should call the company anyway though
