Sony a300 point on every picture ?

i bought sony a300 last week but it is not good . because there is a point when you take a picture at every picture.

my question is : can i give it back to circuit city and can i get my money back ?? before 30 days . i bought 27 july.

What color is the "point?" How big is it?

If it's just one pixel there's nothing to be worried about. Read about pixel mapping in your manual. It'll get rid of it.

Now, if you really dislike your A300 turn it in and get a refund.
