Is an AV cable used to connect to the TV or computers?

Is the firewire interface the same thing as the firewire cord?

av is an analogue signal cable used for tv and stereo systems.

firewire is a transfer link between devices like cam to computer or computer to harddrive.

if your pc doesn't have a firewire card than have one installed. it's easy and cheap.

You can use an AV cable to connect to the TV. You can also connect to a PC if your PC has a AV in port. Firewire interface to me means firewire port and not the cable.
