Sony camera Help?

i bought a sony camera about august of 07.and spent a good deal of money on it. i have dropped it a few times and nothing happened...now all of a sudden. the screen is black and i cant see anything. i can take picture but i cant see them..how much money will it cost to fix it?

You sure you didn't press the Display selection button and now its displaying in the viewfinder instead of the lcd screen!
