Sony (chinese) MP4 player with hour glass frozen...

Question

I have a Sony (IGB) 2in LCD MP4 player . The screen is frozen with an hourglass display and when I connect it to the pc, the pc recognizes it but cannot install drivers for it. It comes as other devices in the device manager . How can I fix this problem?
