Sony cyber shot?

my sony cyber-shot dsc-s750 iznt working! first i thought the battery wuz dead so i charged it and it was still the samE!! i turns on and shows the cybershot logo then shuts back off And the lens are stuck out a litte bit!! HELPP MEE PLZZ i just bought it like a week ago!

Turn it on. You'll hear the focus lense strain a little bit because it's stuck. When it goes to shut down just assist the lense by lightly pushing it back in to the camera. I did the same thing and it's worked fine ever since.
