Sony cyber shot with Carl Zeiss lens, 8.1 megapixels, model # DSC-H7 ...... when camera is turned on, the lens has stopped coming out rendereing the camera inoperable?? You can hear the lens trying to move, and then instruction on screen to "turn power off and on again".. still no results???!!!
