Sony ericsson K880i mobile phone

Question

My sony mobile ericsson K800i phone is only 7 months old and has been working well.

It is 3G contrcat and I do not have insurance for it.

The problem is that the keypad does not register the numbers on screen. I have taken the keypad out and pressed the contact under the keypad but still did not register any numbers.

Can you please suggest what to do
