My guess would be that it got wet or hard a dangerous fall

Mine did too. I work in retail and I get sony ericssons back all the time with the same fault. Take it back to where you bought it with the receipt, and they should be able to help you. If you take it to carphone warehouse, they're really good too with repairs, even if it wasn't bought there. Mine came back 2 days later!

it could be a short in ur phone u have a warranty if u are with att the number is 800-801-1101 i used to work in there warranty dept
