Sony ericsson w910 applications?

how do you put applications on a sony ericsson w910 phone? in the media manager there is the options of music and podcasts but no section to add applications. how do i do this? please help. thanks

You put application in the application folder people can send them to you and you can download them of the internet and then transfer it to your phone via a usb cable
