Sony g900 or nokia n82?

Never mind my requirements for a phone. Which would you pick?

Currently, I possess a brand new Nokia n82 in sleek black, but it's locked to a different network from my current sim card. So I'm deciding if I should sell this kit and get a sony g900 for around $60-80 more, or have the n82 unlocked and forever lose the warranty it came with.

I would pick nokia N82 because of its carl-zeiss lens and xenon flash. I have a nokia N82 for now and I'm very satisfied with it. I took more than 700 photos with it. Its battery life is not bad. I can get 9 days standby time from full battery to completely empty.
