Sony handycam problem. please help!?

my sony handycam's (DCR-DVD92) lcd is not working properly. when it is facing me i cannot see anything. just a black screen. i have to rotate it facing the other side to be able to get the lcd to work. whats wrong with it? the viewfinder seems to be working just fine. is the there something i should do with the setup? please help!

It sounds like you've got a faulty connection.  It's not likely to be something you can fix yourself - you'll need to take it back to the shop for repair or replacement.
