Sony or Samsung 26" LCD Better?

Question

HI guys

I have shortlisted the two LCDs and now I cant make up my mind which one is better. I havent seen them side by side but everyone is advising me to go with the Sony whereas I do think looks wise Samsung scores.

Would appreciate any inputs :) I have till tomorrow since I am going to avail an offer.

with 26" u wont see any diference beetwen the two screens, get the cheaper
