Soon working corrections at jail, looking for tips on how to handle HUGE people?

Hey guys im Gabe. but anyways, im 18 5"11 and 215 lbs. most people think i weigh less then what i say i do, but its because of my frame size and i have alot more muscle. but u know what they say, there is always someone else who can kick your as*s.

Im going to be a corrections officer at a jail soon and just would like to know any tips on how to handle people much taller and bigger than myself. Anything?

They May Get Angry if You Do This But fight dirty pepper spray kick in the balls even buy a taser if you must even tho you may win some of the bug guys you shouldn't the take the risk and whats more ask the other officers as some of them may have experience and tell you how to handle the situations
