she has, like,no foreign policy experience whatsoever and it's crazy of mccain to pick her cuz i get the feeling he's trying to steal the women voters from Obama.i mean, with all of mccain's ridiculous mudslinging ads and this ploy to steal back some women voters with Palin,it just seems too desperate.and palin's daughter being 5 months pregnant doesn't make them look too good at all does it?

what is ur opinion?

  1. maybe he picked her to get more publicity too and the whole pregnant daughter thing is just the cherry on the top.

  2. The most important thing we need to do is eliminate foreign policy all together and change itto Americas Policy. Its called foreign because American people dont understand it. After all arent we the most powerful nation in the world so its high time the rest of the world plays by our rules. We dont need these other countries so if they want to do business with us then its by our rules or take your goods elsewhere. If these countries want our military to protect them then itll cost them at least 100 million US dollars a day. We will not waste our blood on foreign soil anymore so a nuclear bomb is a one time option. If they want us to rebuild their countries after we come to help then let these countries deal directly with a US constuction company for rebuilding as our people need jobs too to survive. We just need to close our borders for awhile while we rebuild and for those lucky to enter our cuntry; our language is English so learn it at your expense or stay home and have your families on your soil. These ideas go on forever but show we dont need foreign policy so Americans shouldnt need experience in it. Very simple solution. You can come up with a million ideas why she was chosen but only God can judge us so give her a chance and lets see what happens. Remember probably our best President came with no governmental experience right out of Hollywood

  3. No its cool...Obama himself says only a sleezy lowlife would talk about such things..so knock yourself out.

THANKS FOR THE TWO POINTS THOUGH!!!!!

  4. i think he picked her because of the historical significance, i mean, Obama is the first black man to run for president so he will be known throughout history for that, and McCain is just like every other white guy running for president, nothing new. By bringing palin into the mix that thrusts him into the historical spotlight as well. I think he is just using her for the image because of who he is running against. I dont trust them at all!

  5. thank you!!!

    i mean really

    she's the mayor of city

with a population of probably 9000

and is expected to help lead a country of 3 million?

how to go from "hockey mom" to govenor to mayor

to potential vice president? easy- you dont!!

  6. Why didn't he investigate the whole situation thoroughly?  Palin is not proud of her daughter's ventures.  Palin's daughter should not have had to be put out on broad street for political reasons.  --- Toni D.

  7. oooooo and obama has soooo much experience. what is it with you people you say wisdom and judgement are better than experience, which is why obama is better, but then you say sara doesn't have experience. maybe she has judgement and wisdom. you make no sense. stop being a hypocrite.

  8. I think McCain deep-sixed himself with picking someone so inexperienced to be his veep candidate.

But last I heard...Al-Qaeda's dancing with joy over the possibility that she'll be the next President after McCain kicks the bucket prematurely.

With our borders virtually open and undermanned and all...?

  9. She has more foreign policy experience than Obama.  Her state borders two countries, and her son is in Iraq.  Obama, on the other hand, has spent almost his entire senate term running for president.  He's done nothing.  And funny thing, being a woman seems to be a point of contention for the progressive liberals.

  10. I cannot believe how anti-women Democrats are.  WOW!

First, they had a chance to nominate a woman for President and chose, instead, a black man with no foreign policy experience, very little experience running anything except his mouth and now relentlessly criticize this very accomplished woman.  She got elected Governor amidst a strong good-ol-boy network against a powerful member of her own party!

Obama, what did he do?  First he was elected to the legislature of Illinois in a heavliy gerrymandered district which rules out anyone BUT a black man winning, in a heavily influenced machine run by Richard Daly.  He was Daly's chosen boy, you understand that, correct?  And then won the Senate post when the Republican opponent was forced to resign just before the election.  The Republicans put up another black man from out of state that quickly moved to Illinois just in time to claim residency for the election.  Silly.  That only works for Democrats in New York.  Other states want Senators that are actually FROM that state, or at least lived there long enough to understand things.  This is a man, Obama, who has NEVER stood up for change or anything against the system.  NEVER.  He took his marching orders from Richard Daly.

Now you say Sarah Palin's  daughter being pregnant doesn't look good, when until a few hours ago the Democrats were saying Sarah Palin's daughter was actually her daughter's child!  Now you look foolish and say her daughter "looks bad"  Is that what Democrats think of un-wed mothers?  WOW.  How much, exactly, do you hate women?  How dumb do you think women are?  Do you think women will vote for McCain because he chose a woman for VP?  Is that what you think of the intelligence of women?  How much do you hate them?

I think everyone here looks fine, if you ask me.  Sarah Palin CHOSE to accept the challenges of a handicapped child over abortion.  You ARE pro-choice, right?  She CHOSE life, even a handicapped life, over abortion.  Problem?  You may not agree, I may not agree, but it doesn't matter.  I am pro-choice also and I support her choice.  Now her daughter gets pregnant like many young women around the world (and 70% of births in the black community, should we hold that against Barack Obama?) and she has chosen to give life to her child and get married to the father.  Problem?  Are you not pro-choice?  This family has not chosen the easy way out, but I give them credit and wish them the best.  To do anything else would be sub-human.

Democrats had their chance at a woman and passed on it in favor of what appears to be "any man".  Why?  Is "any" man better than a woman?  What looks more desparate?  But I think it is good to expose the Democrat party for what it is, a bunch of preachy idealougues who what us to do what they say, not what they do.  When the Democrats can elect a woman fair and square...come talk to me.

  11. Since when has the VP been the one to deal with foreign matters? Last time I checked, it was the commander in chief that dealt with foreign matters and the likes. Seriously, who would the foreign leaders like to have dinner with, the President or the VP? The dems are the ones who seem to have missed that memo.

How she handles her daughter being pregnant speaks volume. She isn't outcasting her, she isn't hiding it, and I would imagine she isn't happy about it either but she is being a mom and standing with her daughter. How many families can you count that does that in these days. Far and few and that is a shame.

  12. cough? i hope you don't have mono? but it palin comparison to the `job` that Louisiana is getting now` get it?  the job `blows`, [it pales in comparison]
