my hair is lightttt light blonde and a little past my shoulders.. layered, with side bangssss : )

also, i want some cute makeup tips, too : ) pleaseee, dont say look on youtube, i already watch makeup vids on there religously haha

i have fair (but sunkissed from the summerrrrrrr<3) skin tone, and blue eyes : )
