Sooo bored with the usual. Got any ►☼♠!FUN♣!☼◄ ways to get exercise?

I'm a 50 y\o female who hates to sit around but I'm wanting something different and FUN to do. Tired of dancing, weight training, and the usual aerobics. How hard do you think it would be for an adult to learn to roller blade? Has anyone tried any of the new WII fit games? Are they fun? I don't have a WII anymore but hey, I'll buy another one if the games are better now than the WII sports was. Give me some more ideas. Please???

  1. I like to go on a bike ride with my mom 3-7 times a week and just talk. Or I bring my iPod and listen to it while I ride my bike so that way I'm listening to music and burning some calories. (:


  2. The wii fit is great. In addition to the new games it keeps track of your weight and tells you how much your loosing and your goal. Great system.

  3. Go for a walk and socialize with your neighbors.
