Question:

Sooo confused!!? help please!?

I've posted this question a few times so sorry. but i want to know if i'm the right weight. please be honest! some people say i need to loose weight some say i'm normal and some say i'm too skinny. i don't know what to believe! ok i'm 5'2 and i weigh 90lbs. is this an ok weight!?

  1. If you're a children (i.e < 18 years old), your ideal weight is between 90lbs and 125lbs.

  2. reccomended weight for female 5'2" is 110 lbs.

    but 90 lbs is still within ideal weight range i believe.

    though you could probably  gain some if you wanted to, but not neccesary.

    youre fine, dont worry about it.

  3. Thats a little on the underweight side, For your height, you should be maybe 100 or so. Your fine, don't listen to people who tell you to lose weight.

  4. That's probably not a healthy weight. I believe you should at least try to gain a few pounds, maybe 15 or 20 pounds (to be at 105 or 110). If you can, check out a weight and height chart and map out your ideal weight. I hope this helps:

  5. You should weigh about 110 at that height...but if thats just the way you are and you ARE eating properly but you just always have been a little skinnier, its probably okay..some people are just naturally thin, just as long as your health isn't at any risk.
