  1. Your ideal weight would be 140 lbs so above 160 lbs could be regarded as overweight.  Your weight is OK but you may perhaps want to keep an eye on it as you don't really want to reach that 160 lbs.

  2. Your no where near fat. You would be considered fat if your around 180-200lbs. Honestly, My friend is your height and she weighs 170lbs.She always tell me how she wants to weight about 150. So be happy with your body, some people out there which they were your size!

  3. Listen sweetie,

There is no right weight. Weight should not be judged but numbers and equations, a comfortable weight for you is one where you feel just that... comfortable. Say you loose everything and you become small, people call you skinny. What if you gain muscle and lean out, people say you look like a guy. And what if you gain a few pounds? People say you are "obese." Never judge yourself, your body, your well being, by anyone's feelings of you. If you are uncomfortable with your body weight, do something about it and continue until you are comfortable again. As humans, we think about things so hard that we make them difficult. It really is very easy. If you don't like it, change it. Don't think of who, what, when, where, why, how... just do it. Best of luck, to your health and well being from within.

  4. i think that for 5 foot 8 and you are a female....you really need to be at most about 140 pounds.

  5. according to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ both of the weights given with your height are normal
