Soooo confused PLZ HELP!?

Question

Okay well i have been reading about horses going barefoot and i hear everywhere about this thing called the strasser trim for pathological horses. and i dont plan on doing it but i just wanted to know how its preformed...i hear ppl say oh its harsh and bad and just dont do it but no one will tell me what it is can some 1 plz explain WHAT IT IS AND HOW ITS DONE TO ME PLZ

ok well wha i have heard is that is is a tratment thing where if the horse has a hoof out of alignment it breaks it and puts it back into place.

that is what i have heard about the strasser trim.

dont know egzacly how they do it but yeh.

the same thing happens to humans say if there leg after beiong broken healed wrong. the doctors have to break it and but it bak the right way and let it heal that way.

the strasser trim is nothing new,in the west we call it "the barefoot trim" no shoes just a trim and a mustang roll.it builds stronger hooves and a more sound hoof.some horses are destined to be shod for life but if your horse can go barefoot then do it,all my horses are barefoot and i work them barefoot all the time.
