i just walk around my house aimlessly all day everyday.

Run.Do something that will exercise your body.Something that will help you tone your muscles and get you strong.Forget wii fit if that is what you are thinking.Find a real trainer to exercise you.Choose a sport or a martial art.

Go the the local Senior Center and or Church and volunteer your time.  You will get a lot of enjoyment and perhaps learn something from another generation.
