ok im 15 male 171 and 5'11 im really want to join my high school swim team, i have the whole summer to practice but first i really need to tone up im kind od flabby,i am willing to run 45 min a day and every 2 days push ups and crunches.i have about 2 1/2 months my diet is 1500 cal a day. i need some advice and a diet plan that really works plz help
