Hello,

I have a question that hassnt been answered.

I currently have a 00 bmw 528i which is having issues, i have already sunk 4k into it, i bought it for 8500 and now it is requiring another 3400 bux to fix. I dont want to do it. Plus my new school is now 25 miles away 1 way, my old school was 2 miles away. So the question is, instead of filling up in the bmw for 180 dollars a week, and dealing with the constant unreliability my car has given me. Should i keep it, or sell it for like 5k. ssave up 3k and get a 2004 civic EX coupe?

  1. I think it's a no-brainer.

BMW is already a money pit and the gas mileage definitely doesn't help. I'm sure the insurance is pretty high too.

Honda is a winner in just about every aspect. Great gas mileage. Low maintenance. Great reliability. Lower insurance. Most importantly, you get that peace of mind.

Times like this, I think the gas mileage alone can pretty much seal the deal.

  2. like they said above you seem to know what you want to do and getting a new car will give you a better feeling of reliability

  3. Sounds like you know what to do already. Get the civic. Maintaining a BMW is costly.
