Sore Nipples?

I have had sore nipples since yesterday and everytime i touch or squeeze it, it hurts. It hurts more near the tip of the nipple. I haven't had my period yet since June 16 and it comes pretty irregular. I am not pregnant, since the last time i've checked and I ran on the treadmill two days ago. Why do i have sore nipples?

It's quite normal to get sore b*****s or nipples around the time of ovulation or after ovulation.    Some women get sore nipples for the whole time after ovulation, some only for a few days.    You may be about to ovulate or you may have ovulated some time over the last 2 weeks.

Hard to tell since sore nipples come  with Pregnancy, your period,Ovulation its just to hard the only way to know if your prego is no period. Sorry hope u get what u want
