Sore Throat Yellow stuff on mouth?

Hi i have a sore throat and there like this yello c**p on my mouth it goes away with a tooth brush what is it and how do i get rid of it? and what is it please help

Oral thrush... a yeast infection of the mouth. More info in the link below. Basically it's treated with an antifungal, but you should see your doc anyway because this usually happens to people who are immune compromised.
