Question:

Sore all over! can barely walk or move

I went to badminton camp yesterday and did some exercises I normally don't do. I began to feel very sore yesterday, but when I woke up today, I could barely move. I am in so much pain and I start school in a day and a half. I want to feel well by then! I ache all over: arms, legs, back, butt, neck, and shoulders. What should I do?

  1. that means your not in shape...i feel that way at the beginning of soccer season...it will go away...


  2. if this is pain that is in your muscles use cold packs for 15minutes then hot packs (be careful not to get the hot packs too hot) for 15 minutes then switch back and forth cold/hot this is what you should do for any strained muscle when it first happens, but this is the next day so your muscles are already feeling what is referred to as  major lactate burn, rub your muscles and hot showers and stretch as much as you can stand drink fluids, you are going to be sore. if you feel the same or pain is worst then you should go to Doctor. take care and be good to self get a good stretching chart. hope this is helpful

  3. keep laying down miss a day of school same thing happen to me i went to school it was the worst experiance of my life but i had gym and i had to dodgeball with hard balls
