  1. it really helps if u just alternate with cold & hot. use a cold pack on ur muscles then switch to a heating pad. i had sore muscles for a very long time & doing this helped a lot! as for the buffalo it is pretty easy once u get the hang of it. if u r doing it to the right then step on ur right foot & then shuffle ur left foot to the side. once u shuffle ur foot jump on ur left foot (it should b in the same position as ur right used to b) while u jump on ur left, bring ur right foot pointed in front of ur left ankle. then step on ur right & start all over. ur arms will b diagonal. if u r going right then they will b tilted to the right. u will have ur arms diagonal when u step & shuffle. then when u jump on ur left foot bring ur arms in so that they r bending at ur chest, fingers pointing at each other. i know that probably was confusing so im sorry! it will definitely b a lot easier if u have a teacher go through it slowly with u, face to face. best of luck! hope i helped!

  2. use biofreze

  3. I agree that you should take a warm bath and soak in it.

But, you have to continue to do those work outs to get your body used to it. You dont have to them like you do over there, but, do them at a pace you can work out like 30mins-1hour. Because, if you keep soaking in water and sleeping, its going to get worst for you not better because as I said before, your body needs to get used to it.

    Good Luck!!

  4. What you have to do is take a warm bath and soak in the tub for about a half an hour.

  5. EPSOM SALTS! You can find them at any drug store or even in a supermarket.

Nice hot bath with a pund of epsom salts help stimulate circulate.

Athletes do it all the time and the next day you'll feel a difference! :)
