I am 24 weeks pregnant. And just realized that I'm starting to get really sore feet. They are starting to swell.... but not only that but the bottoms of my feet are starting to get really sore. Normally they will hurt for a little but, then eventually feel better. But I just woke up about a hour ago, and they are still sore... and I kind of figured they'd be better by now. Is there anything I can do to help them feel better???

  1. Well this is what i did.  I always had my feet propped up high.  If you are sitting in a recliner then put a pillow underneath your feet to prop them higher.  The higher the better.

And when you go to sleep get a small pillow, (i always used the couch pillow) to put between your feet and one under them.  I had to use a million pillows when i was preg.  Trust me this makes them feel better.  And go barefoot as often as possible.  Shoes, socks, slippers; they all make it worse.

  2. get husband/boyfriend to give them a rub... sorry but not really much there is do to... get a foot spa bath?? its the same for me, im constantly getting sore feet... i just deal with them... good luck
