  1. Use Advil, and lose the boots, use tennis shoes to do the work that you are doing...not just any tennis shoes, good, supportive ones.  Don't forget to take your breaks and get your feet up when you do...you can also soak your feet at night in warm Epsom salts water or if you have a nice person that will rub your feet, aaaaaaaah  !

  2. Put some arch support insoles in your boots and you'll be in less pain. Good luck!

  3. What part of your foot is hurting?  If it's the outside because your foot is being squeezed, then there are boot stretchers you can get.  If it's the bottom of your feet, try some insoles/arch supports.

Or you can try a different brand of boots.  I like Ariats personally, I think they have great support.

  4. get some good insoles in there - better yet try to get some air soled boots.

Do not fasten them too tight as your feet are likely to swell during the day. Take boots off, wash feet them put them up on a stool or something after work.

You will get used to it - it just takes time.

    Working on an  eventing/breaking yard.
