Sore for practice tomrorow?

I'm sore on my hips, thighs, stomach. I have practice tomorrow, whats the best way to make it go away or at least help it get better?

  1. Sore naturally comes along with exhausting training. You pushed your muscles to the next limit. Your tearing your muscles up. However, they will come back stronger. And as of help when your already sore, i don't think so. Try stretching more next time. about five more practices and you'll be good. Good luck buddy.


  2. time, protein and decorub or voltaren.  together they will get u better, but mainly the body needs time to repair so have a protein rich meal, apply voltaren or similar creme and then apply compression bandages if you like and off to bed, its the only way
