Sore itchy throat.?

I stayed home today from school because my throat and my head are killing me. My throat itches like crazy, and it hurts whenever I cough. I think there is a virus going around school. I gargled water yesterday. Um this is my 3day being sick and my nose is runny. Oh and I have a slit fever. uggh can anyone tell me what I have?

sounds like you came down with a cold, take some cold medicine and some tylenol for the fever, drink plenty of fluids and get some rest.

A cold generally lands you with a slight fever.

Strep throat if it's very sore/headache and fever.

You feel pretty sick and don't really have a runny nose.

Sounds like a virus.. I'd up your fluids, take vitamins.

Rest and motrin and sudafed.

Colds take three days to come three days to stay and three days to go away - so hang tough.
