  1. maybe it's just growing pains!!

    hope it get better =)

  2. Does it hurt when  you run straight? Grab your ankle and slowly turn it to the side do it to both side, which side hurts?

  3. I had that pain in my right knee. It was more of a sharp pain that would happen when I stepped awkwardly or turn really sharply. My chiropractor said I may have just twisted it funny when i was running on uneven ground (i.e. slope of a hill, gopher holes, etc.). He tapped it somehow and it was better.

You should probably see a chiropractor, they know a lot about all the muscles and bones and...everything, lol. Hope it gets better.

  4. ice for 20  minutes then leave the ice off for 20 minutes and repeat.

    i'm not sure about stretches.

  5. Ice it for 10-15 minutes 3X/day.  Take some advil, the icing and advil will help keep the infamation/soreness down.

Here's an excellent website to give you lots of information:

Do some knee bends several times a day. (Hands on your hips, feet hips wide apart, back straight, look ahead and bend slowly up and down 10X/3repeats  everyday...

Don't get discouraged, keep running!  :)

  6. remove leg from hip joint, mexican doctors are cheap. then sell the leg to chinese family. for their dinner.
