  1. 1st of all its football americans just cant alk properly, and  your body hurting is to do with all the exercise your muscles are getting stronger as you are exercising after training get in the bath and relax and maybe strech more and hold the streches longer as you do so

  2. ITS TAKES TIME TO HEAL, YOUR BODY IS HEALING THE MUSCLES BECAUSE YOU HAD A MORE INTENSIVE WORKOUT...

WHAT HELPS ME, TAKE A SHORT WALK, COME HOME AND BLAST THE A/C IN YOUR ROOM...AND WALK IN WHEN ITS BRISK COLD INSIDE, AND LAY DOWN IN YOUR BOXERS SO YOUR LEGS ARE EXPOSED, AND TAKE A NAP..IT FEELS REAL GOOD, ITS LIKE PUTTING ICE ON A SWELLING BRUISE...SAME EFFECT. WHEN YOU WAKE UP, START STRETCHING A BIT, BECAUSE YOUR LEGS WILL FEEL STIFF, THEN TRY A WALKING A BIT TOO TO GET YOUR LEGS USED TO THIS, SO WHEN YOU PLAY SOCCER THE BODY WILL ADJUST ITSELF AND MAKE THE MUSCLES MORE DENSE, KEEP ON PLAYING..
