Question:

Sore legs that feel better AFTER exercise?

I've been off work for six months and I've become out of shape and overweight and spend most of my time on the computer. The pain in my calves, ankles and legs is getting unbearable!

The only thing that seems to make them feel better is doing a bit of yoga, stretching and walking on the spot. What could be the cause of this? Muscle deterioration? Or have I developed something more sinister due to my laziness?

No cramping, no real pain, just a constant ache and sometimes a burning feeling in my thighs.

  1. You could be dealing with something like a herniated disk (an example only) in your spinal area which can sometimes cause the symptoms you notice.

The only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
