Sore muscles Cheer tryouts tommorrow please help!?

Ok so today we had our "practice" for tryouts tomorrow.But I haven't stretched in a long time and now from what I did today they hurt really bad. So I was wondering what should I do so that my muscles will not hurt during tryouts tomorrow? hot bath? Ice?

  1. Lots of heat and gentle stretching should help if you just have basic soreness from using your muscles more than you are used to.

  4. stretch...and when you try out just forget about the pain! do your best...your adrenaline will allow you to be more flexible for that time period! just be duper stiff and always smile! GOOD LUCK
